سیاست حریم خصوصی
این سیاست، نحوهی برخورد پایا الکترونیک سلیمی (کاسیان) با اطلاعات شما در اپلیکیشنهای موبایل NuraNet (نورانت) و TavanaNet (توانانت) و وبسایت nuraanet.ir را توضیح میدهد. این اپها ابزار حرفهای برای پایش نیروگاه خورشیدی و مدیریت انرژی هستند و برای اپراتورها و مدیران طراحی شدهاند.
۱) چه دادههایی و چرا
- اطلاعات اتصال به سرور شما: برای نمایش وضعیت نیروگاه، اپ به سروری که خودِ شما معرفی میکنید متصل میشود (آدرس سرور، توکن و شناسهی دستگاه). این اطلاعات فقط بهصورت رمزنگاریشده روی حافظهی امن دستگاه شما ذخیره میشود.
- اثر انگشت / بیومتریک: صرفاً برای بازکردن قفل اپ استفاده میشود و کاملاً توسط سیستمعاملِ گوشی پردازش میشود؛ هیچگاه از دستگاه خارج نمیشود و ما به آن دسترسی نداریم.
- نوتیفیکیشن: برای اطلاعرسانی خطا، قطع اینورتر و هشدارها.
- ارتباط شبکه: اپ برای دریافت دادهی نیروگاه با سرور شما از طریق TLS رمزنگاریشده ارتباط میگیرد.
ما موارد زیر را جمعآوری نمیکنیم: موقعیت مکانی، مخاطبین، عکسها، یا اطلاعات شخصیِ غیرمرتبط. هیچ دادهای فروخته یا با اشخاص ثالث به اشتراک گذاشته نمیشود. اپها تبلیغات و ردیاب/آنالیتیکس شخص ثالث ندارند.
۲) مجوزهای اپ
- اینترنت: اتصال به سرور نیروگاه شما.
- بیومتریک (اثر انگشت): قفل امن اپ.
- نوتیفیکیشن: هشدار خطا و قطعی.
- سرویس پیشزمینه (Foreground Service): پایش وضعیت در پسزمینه برای ارسال بهموقع هشدارها.
۳) نگهداری و امنیت داده
توکنها و اطلاعات اتصال در حافظهی امن سیستمعامل (Keystore/Keychain) نگهداری میشوند و ارتباط با سرور رمزنگاریشده است. با حذف اپ، این اطلاعات از دستگاه پاک میشود. دادهی نیروگاه روی سروری است که خودِ شما مدیریت میکنید.
۴) کودکان
این اپها ابزار صنعتیاند و برای کودکان طراحی یا هدفگذاری نشدهاند.
۵) تغییرات
در صورت تغییر این سیاست، نسخهی بهروز در همین نشانی منتشر میشود.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Paya Electronic Salimi (Kasian) handles your information in the NuraNet and TavanaNet mobile apps and the nuraanet.ir website. These are professional tools for solar plant monitoring and energy management, designed for operators and managers.
1) What we collect and why
- Connection details for your server: to show plant status, the app connects to a server you provide (server URL, token, device ID). These are stored only in your device's secure storage.
- Biometric (fingerprint): used solely to unlock the app; it is processed entirely by your device's OS, never leaves the device, and we never receive it.
- Notifications: to alert you about faults, inverter outages and warnings.
- Network access: the app communicates with your server over encrypted TLS to fetch plant data.
We do NOT collect location, contacts, photos or unrelated personal data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The apps contain no ads and no third-party analytics/trackers.
2) Permissions
- Internet — connect to your plant server.
- Biometric — secure app lock.
- Notifications — fault/outage alerts.
- Foreground service — background monitoring to deliver timely alerts.
3) Data retention & security
Tokens and connection info are kept in the OS secure store (Keystore/Keychain); server communication is encrypted. Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device. Plant data lives on the server you operate.
4) Children
These are industrial tools, not designed for or directed at children.
5) Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted at this URL.
